Delete your account

You can delete your Hatip account at any time. Deleting your account does not require you to keep the app installed.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open the app and go to Settings.
  2. Tap “Delete my account”.
  3. Confirm. Your account and the data listed below are removed.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile
  • Your question history and saved answers
  • Your dhikr, khatm and missed prayer records
  • Your subscription link (billing is handled by the store)

What is kept, and for how long

  • Anonymised usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you
  • Records we are required to keep by law or by the app stores, for the period required

Requests are processed within 30 days.
